Swim Efficiency Sessions

Wednesdays – 12:00 and 15:00

Fridays – 13:00

  • Small group sessions (max 3 swimmers) focused purely on technique and efficiency — not fitness.

  • Ideal for improving stroke mechanics, body position, and feel for the water.

  • Best for: Triathletes and swimmers who want to improve efficiency in the water, either to overcome a plateau or simply to get faster for the same fitness.

Friday Night Laps

Fridays – 19:00

  • A blend of stroke correction and conditioning work in a friendly group environment (max 8 swimmers).

  • We’ll mix drills with progressive swim sets to build fitness while keeping form sharp.

  • Best for: Triathletes and swimmers looking to sharpen technique while training under pressure—combining technical focus with a challenging workout.

Free Social Run Group

Tuesdays – 18:30

  • A relaxed, community-based run open to all paces and abilities, no one gets left behind.

  • No pressure, just good company and fresh air.

  • Best for: Anyone who enjoys running with others.

Vale Swim Collective

Wednesday - 18:45

Saturdays – 16:00

  • Wednesday - fully coached squad swim in Cotgrave, whole pool available wide range of paces across the lanes.

  • Saturday - coach-written but athlete-led, 3 lanes available (swim analysis in the 4th lane), variety of paces across the lanes.

  • Best for: Athletes that enjoy swimming in a friendly squad environment.
