Face to face coaching is a big part of REC, this is how real progress is made. Within the monthly price athletes benefit from:
Small group session each week, focussing on both fitness and efficiency
Base tier of swim club if appropriate (coming soon)
For runners, cyclists and duathletes, there is the option to add pool time (swimming or aqua jogging) to training plan for either recovery or load management
