Swim Efficiency Sessions

Wednesdays – 12:00 and 15:00
Fridays – 13:00

  • Small group sessions (max 3 swimmers) focused purely on technique and efficiency — not fitness.

  • Ideal for improving stroke mechanics, body position, and feel for the water.

  • Best for: Triathletes, open water swimmers, and technical tune-ups.

Technique & Fitness Swim

Fridays – 19:00

  • A blend of stroke correction and conditioning work in a friendly group environment (max 8 swimmers).

  • We’ll mix drills with progressive swim sets to build fitness while keeping form sharp.

  • Best for: Swimmers looking to balance form and fitness.

Free Social Run Group

Tuesdays – 18:30

  • A relaxed, community-based run open to all paces and abilities, no one gets left behind.

  • No pressure, just good company and fresh air.

  • Best for: Anyone who enjoys running with others.

Coach-Written, Non-Coached Swim

Saturdays – 16:00

  • A structured swim session written by your coach, but delivered without in-person coaching.

  • A great way to stay on track if you’re confident swimming independently.

  • Best for: Self-motivated swimmers that enjoy swimming in a friendly squad environment.
